Our Coffees

Blends are a combination of different coffees. A blend can be coffees from different countries, regions, farms or grades. A blend can also be two separate roast colors or different species of trees. Blending allows a roaster to expand his craft. A roaster may have several reasons to blend coffee – to obtain a unique taste profile, to have something special, protection for proprietary reasons, to decrease the overall cost or to protect against crop unavailability or volatile cost.

Origins are coffees grown by a specific country. They can also refer to a specific grade or region of a country. For example, Colombian is an origin referring to the country. Papayan Supremo Colombian refers to the region: Papayan, the grade: Supremo and the country: Colombian.

We have a variety of decaffeinated coffees that are sure to please those who want a good cup of coffee – just decaffeinated. Our decaffeinated coffees taste great because we start with the best beans, but roast them a little bit differently than our caffeinated coffees. We believe choosing decaffeinated coffee should be just as enjoyable!

We believe flavored coffee should be medium bodied with an enhanced flavor experience to get your taste buds soaring. A well-made flavored coffees taste great hot or iced. Enjoy as is or enhance the flavor even more by adding cream and sugar. For an extra tasty treat pair our flavored coffee with a dessert! All of our flavored coffees are available decaffeinated.
