Along the production wall is our inventory of green beans from 25 different countries. Our coffees are Specialty Grade Arabica coffees from many estates. For example, LaMinita in Costa Rica, Hartman in Panama and the co-operative farms of Datarra in Brazil (a Rainforest Alliance coffee). As well as co-operative wet mill Kuta in Papua New Guinea and various green importing resources.

Many hours are spent each week reviewing coffee offerings, managing the contracts and making sure only the finest Specialty Grade Arabica coffees are going into every roast of Café Excellence coffee.

A sample is sent for evaluation prior to the purchase and we pull a sample when it arrives at our facility to confirm it is the same quality sampled.
